Gioco a tennis una volta alla settimana e pratico il softball amatoriale con una frequenza di un paio di volte alla settimana tra allenamenti e partite. Purtroppo la pausa forzata dovuta alla pandemia ha inciso pesantemente su queste abitudini e alla ripresa parziale delle attività ho guadagnato una seria contrattura al polpaccio destro. Mi sono affidato a Marta che vista la situazione mi ha suggerito la tecar. Ho affrontato la terapia con lo scetticismo dello sportivo vecchia maniera ma dalla prima applicazione ho potuto provare subito un beneficio veloce, progressivo e molto diverso da quelli sempre provati in passato. In circa 3 settimane, tre applicazioni e relativi esercizi, sono riuscito a tornare a giocare il doppio con gli amici senza strascichi.
