Era ed è sempre frequentata questa osteria, che oggi propone anche una buona cucina distribuendo "ombrette" e cicchetti della tradizione al popolo assetato al giusto prezzo. Mi pare di ricordare, ma non ne sono certo, un piccolo banco di marmo dove si pagava che, con l'andare degli anni e lo sfregamento delle monete, si era consunto tanto da creare un solco...altri tempi anche se ancora oggi "Al Traguardo" resta un pezzo della storia della città. We used to go there as a child with my father at least once a month as soon as I finished the cut at Bepi the barber who had his shop on Ponte Molino (good times when hair crowded my head). This tavern used to be and still is, which today also offers good cuisine by distributing traditional "ombrette" and cicchetti to thirsty people at the right price. I seem to remember, but I'm not sure, a small marble counter where you paid that, with the passing of the years and the rubbing of the coins, it was worn out so much as to create a groove ... other times even if still today "Al Traguardo" remains a piece of the history of the city.

La cuoca ti accoglie e ti descrive il menù a voce, la pasta è cotta al momento i secondi riscaldati all'occorrenza visto che la cucina è inesistente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo un pò alta. Small but cozy tavern to be improved for sure. The cook welcomes you and describes the menu verbally, the pasta is cooked at the moment the main courses are heated if necessary since the kitchen is non-existent. Value for money a little high.

She recommended me pasta zucca (pumpkin) and I have to say it was a fantastic dish. The place is a bit out of the old town, and absolutely gets my recommendation.
