★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti che ha sono buoni, per intrinseca fama. La proprietaria deludente, modalità di approccio con il cliente che lascia a desiderare. Zero empatia, piuttosto che mettere a servizio la professionalità, sicuramente presente, la fa pesare. D'altra parte e per fortuna non è l'unico riveditore autorizzato Farrow&Ball e io non sarei una buona cliente per lei.
The products it has are good, for intrinsic fame. Disappointing owner, way of approaching the customer that leaves something to be desired. Zero empathy, rather than putting professionalism at the service, certainly present, makes it weigh. On the other hand and luckily she is not the only authorized Farrow & Ball reviewer and I would not be a good customer for her.
