La dottoressa professionale e cortese. Ho anche avuto una diagnosi di un problema di salute. Sono entrata alle 19 e30 uscita 21e 15!!!? Sono entrata oggi 8 gennaio alle 18 in pronto soccorso, mi hanno dato il codice verde e con me c'erano altre 24 persone, che sono qui, ancora stiamo tutti aspettando! Non c'è stata urgenza codice rosso, oppure arrivo di autoambulanze ...ci stiamo chiedendo tutti che cosa sia successo? Ora sono lo 00:08...e chissà quanto aspetteremo.... Ora è arrivata un infermiera gentilissima, che ci sta chiedendo come stiamo.... Mi spiace fare una recensione negativa, mi spiace, ma l'attesa è proprio troppa..... Forse si può migliorare.... Pur avendo sintomi preoccupanti, alla fine non era nulla di grave e me ne sono andata via con le mie gambe. Mi hanno fatto tutti i controlli possibili e mi hanno rassicurata. È successo poco prima della ricaduta del covid. Ora dovranno fare miracoli per seguire tutti. Incredibile ma vero. Ho trovato professionalità, cortesia, disponibilità e tanta, tanta pazienza tra gli infermieri e tra i medici. Per tutto il tempo che sono stato lì, mai un attimo di tregua. Grazie per quello che avete fatto per me e scusatemi se vi ho dato disturbo. I had to seek the care of the emergency room staff yesterday afternoon for a hand injury. I found professionalism, courtesy, availability and a lot of patience among nurses and doctors. The whole time I've been there, never a moment of respite. Esprimo anche tutta la mia gratitudine anche alla squadra di professionisti dell’Elisoccorso che mi hanno recuperato in montagna e portato in PS, anche a loro i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti: sono stati veloci, professionali ed empatici, semplicemente?! Vorrei tanto poterli ringraziare di persona; ho provato a capire chi fossero per poterli contattare: ci ho provato ma purtroppo non ci sono riuscito. Spero che possano leggere questa recensione.
