Grande gentilezza e professionalità da parte di medici e paramedici. Night visit for suspected fracture in my son's hand. In half an hour he was visited and a plate was made, immediately reported. Alla fine abbiamo firmato per andare via. Meglio Saluzzo. Pronto soccorso di Savigliano sconsigliatissimo. S	Simone Pellerey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come già successo e raccontato in un altro commento da un’altra persona, anche mia madre è arrivata in PS con l’ambulanza (per fortuna in codice verde, con vertigini e vomito ma ultra ottantenne) alle ore 16, è stata fino alle 23 senza che nessuno la considerasse (anzi, lei ha chiesto di essere accompagnata in bagno e nessuno lo ha fatto, così come nessuno le ha dato cibo o acqua). Mantenuta per altri esami fino al giorno successivo, con tutti gli esami negativi volevano mantenerla un altro giorno (in PS, non ricoverata, stesse condizioni di cui sopra) perché aveva difficoltà a stare in equilibrio in piedi, senza considerare che era senza cibo e praticamente senza dormire dal giorno prima. Ovviamente non è stato consentito che qualcuno stesse con lei, nonostante le richieste. A) pensateci 100 volte prima di andare in questo PS, mia madre ci è rimasta 22 ore (ha poi firmato il consenso per poter uscire) B) è nostra intenzione accertare le cause di queste tempistiche, cercherò di aggiornare questa recensione su come si evolve la questione As already happened and told in another comment by another person, my mother also arrived in the emergency room with the ambulance (fortunately in green code, with dizziness and vomiting but over eighty) at 16, it was up to 23 without anyone considering her (indeed, she asked to be accompanied to the bathroom and no one did, just as no one gave her food or water). All'accettazione mi avevano detto che ci sarebbero volute 5h di attesa, premettendo che pensavo che sarei uscita dopo 5h, dopo 10h non ero neanche stata visitata. Ho poi firmato per andarmene. Una cosa così scandalosa non l'ho mai vista. Vergogna... Se una persona si reca al pronto soccorso è perché sta male, non perché vuole rompere le scatole. Chiami per sapere notizie sui parenti (per fatti gravi), signore frustrate che rispondono in malo modo e vago, oltretutto. Ore dopo. Vorrei vedere ci fossero i loro di parenti. La gentilezza non è mancata, la gestione e coordinazione invece non si intravedevano minimamente, dopo 40 minuti passati a rimbalzare tra accettazione e medici me ne sono andato senza dimissioni o referti lastra. Chiami e tirano giù la chiamata senza dirti nulla.. ti lasciano li , con un nodo in gola . Questi non sono modi di fare.. siete a dir poco arroganti abbiamo dovuto fare 280 km di notte dopo 10 ore di lavoro, la stanchezza e la frustrazione per sapere come stava mio padre ! Quando bastava semplicemente una chiamata.. cara signorina, e un tuo dovere rassicurare le persone telefonicamente viste le condizioni della pandemia. ci sono tante persone oneste disposte a lavorare al tuo posto. Siate meno arroganti, Perché noi cittadini cerchiamo di rispettare tutte le vostre regole , le vostre luuuunghe attese e il fatto di nn poter assistere un nostro caro in un momento difficile .. quindi pretendiamo altrettanto.
