I read negative and not justified reviews. One person supports the narrative that operators are rude and incompetent. That's not true at all. Instead, I would say that rudeness, to which one responds with the same rudeness, often comes in an ambulance or with one's own car. In the midst of the pandemic, my husband was hospitalized for thoracic surgery. Maximum competence, kindness and availability.

We accompanied my grandmother for a sudden illness. They left her in the emergency room in a wheelchair, despite the skyrocketing pressure and the constant malaise, from 10.00 in the morning to 18.00 without even letting us in to check that she was okay. She had to ask us for help over the phone to go to the bathroom because no one was assisting her. At 18.00 the first visit, at 23.00 resignation without any explanation. They asked us to come back the following day to take exams which, I quote, "we see that we have not had time to do" and to do others privately. Essential tests, among other things, to determine if a person does not have a serious disease in progress. I understand that covid cannot access spaces, but leaving an old woman in these conditions alone without assistance is inhumane. Unfortunately it is not a single unfortunate episode, in our situation, on the same day, there were dozens of patients and relatives. I can't blame anyone, but sure there is a very serious personnel organization problem.

Worst place ever, if you care about your health don’t go there!!!

the doctor was great but the facilities are terrible; long wait times, machines out of service and messy bathrooms with no soap (at a hospital!)

I took my mother for a neurological issue. Nurses and doctors were very professional and corteous, starting from the triage nurse to neurologists and the image diagnostic personnel. I was very impressed by how they managed the heavy workload they had. A big thank you to all the people who helped us today!
