Quando si ha la fortuna di essere messi in coda, dopo un paio di minuti di attesa la chiamata viene terminata automaticamente. L'unica volta che sono riuscito a parlare con l'operatore, mi ha detto che non disponevano del registro prenotazioni del mese successivo, dato che quello attuale era pieno, e che avrei dovuto richiamare. Non esiste possibilità di prenotazione on line, né di farsi richiamare. Vergognoso The worst CUP service I've ever seen. Unable to book an exam / visit. Lines always busy. Per non parlare del controllo Covid inesistente. Il primo servizio privato inefficiente e totalmente inferiore a quello pubblico. L’ho utilizzato per necessità, ma mai più molto meglio il Bios se serve un laboratorio privato a cui fare riferimento. Worst Analysis Lab service ever. Slow, obnoxious and not at all cooperative. For three people, the minimum wait is one hour if that's okay with you. Not to mention the non-existent Covid control. The first private service inefficient and totally inferior to the public one. I used it out of necessity, but the Bios is never much better if you need a private laboratory to refer to.

Una persona non può nel 2022 perdere metà pomeriggio per entrare in contatto con il vostro servizio di prenotazione convenzionata…tra l’altro avete un software che dopo una attesa di 4,25 minuti comunque ti butta giù la chiamata e ti fa perdere la priorità…ma che servizio date? In RISPOSTA alla frase qui sotto, mi spiace contraddirla, perché ad oggi ore 16,45, non avete risolto un bel niente. Il centralino è chiuso, ho perso metà pomeriggio per niente e nel vostro servizio di chat mi avete dato delle informazioni che già sapevo. Ovviamente non avete fatto la cosa più importante, cioè darmi un appuntamento per la prestazione che richiedevo, ma forse questi sono dettagli.

Personale professionale gentile serio, sia in sala operatoria sia in corsia. Sono un'ottima scelta anche per chi è in lista di attesa al Ca Foncello o altri ospedali pubblici; anche perché il San Camillo è convenzionato con il SSN per cui basta una visita da loro tramite impegnativa del medico. U	Una Di Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonno anni che usufruisco dei servizi, sia di prelievo del sangue ma anche visite mediche presso l’ospedale San Camillo e sono pienamente soddisfatta dei servizi ricevuti. Ho sempre trovato infermieri, dottori e personale gentile e disponibile. Non ho mai avuto particolari problemi però non posso dare un pieno voto in quanto dopo aver effettuato una visita, sono stata richiamata circa 2 ore dopo e mi hanno detto che il dottore che mi ha visitata è risultato positivo al COVID. Certo sono cose che succedono, per quanto riguarda la positività, ma fare un controllo prima di visitare dei pazienti sarebbe stato sicuramente più opportuno. I have been using the services for years, both blood sampling but also medical visits at the San Camillo hospital and I am fully satisfied with the services received. I have always found nurses, doctors and staff to be polite and helpful. I have never had any particular problems but I cannot give a full vote because after having made a visit, I was called back about 2 hours later and they told me that the doctor who visited me tested positive for COVID. Of course these are things that happen, as far as positivity is concerned, but doing a checkup before visiting patients would certainly have been more appropriate.
