Dovevo rinnovare la patente: l'appuntamento era alle 14, ho ricevuto subito il ticket ma poi ho aspettato fino alle 16:30 per la visita. Avete convocato tutti alle 14 e ci avete costretti ad aspettare tutti insieme nella stessa stanza, in tempo di COVID. Avete da oltre un mese la lista di chi deve venire quel giorno: dare appuntamenti scaglionati è così difficile?
Chi lavora deve prendersi un pomeriggio libero per una visita che dura 10 minuti?
Total disorganization
I had to renew my license: the appointment was at 2 pm, I immediately received the ticket but then I waited until 4:30 pm for the visit. You summoned everyone at 2pm and forced us all to wait together in the same room, in time for COVID. For over a month, you have a list of who has to come that day: is giving staggered appointments so difficult?
Does anyone who works have to take an afternoon off for a 10-minute visit?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un mese che aspetto di essere contattato per un esame e nonostante le continue chiamate (alle quali non risponde nessuno) e le mail inviate a cui mi è stato risposto solo la prima volta con un generico "contatteremo chi di dovere", non si sono fatti più sentire. Code e attese infinite, un sacco di soldi spesi e questo è il trattamento, complimenti.
I have been waiting for a month to be contacted for an exam and despite the constant calls (to which no one answers) and the emails sent to which I was only answered the first time with a generic "we will contact whoever is responsible", they did not make yourself heard. Endless queues and waiting, a lot of money spent and that's the treatment, congratulations.
