M	Mauro Cristofori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta nella mia vita sono stato ricoverato in questo ospedale integrativo di riabilitazione pubblico. Nota positiva il personale sempre disponibile ai bisogni dei pazienti. Locali puliti e disinfettati scrupolosamente. La struttura ha diverse pecche in quanto ristrutturata negli anni 90. Un intervento sugli impianti di condizionamento, sui bagni e sui serramenti non sarebbe male. Molto male invece i rigidi protocolli adottati dai dirigenti della struttura che, a mio avviso, potrebbero tenere conto maggiormente dei bisogni dei pazienti. Inaccettabile il fatto che al sabato e alla domenica non si possano organizzare turni per consentire di non interrompere le sedute riabilitative. Ho notato che le attrezzature a disposizione dei fisioterapisti sono insufficienti. Un doveroso ringraziamento ai fisioterapisti Mauro e Riccardo per la loro spiccata professionalità. Ultima nota. E' possibile nel 2021 installare un free Wi-Fi ? For the first time in my life I was admitted to this public integrative rehabilitation hospital. Positive note the staff always available to the needs of patients. Rooms cleaned and disinfected scrupulously. The structure has several flaws as it was renovated in the 90s. An intervention on the air conditioning systems, bathrooms and windows would not be bad. On the other hand, the rigid protocols adopted by the managers of the facility which, in my opinion, could take more into account the needs of patients are very bad. It is unacceptable that shifts cannot be organized on Saturdays and Sundays to allow rehabilitation sessions not to be interrupted. I have noticed that the equipment available to physiotherapists is insufficient. A dutiful thanks to the physiotherapists Mauro and Riccardo for their outstanding professionalism. Last note. Is it possible to install free Wi-Fi in 2021?

S	Sofia Ovchinnikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica, prenotazione alle 11:00. Attesa lunghissima di 4 ore! Riuscita a fare il tampone solo alle 14:45 (con attesa del risultato di 30 minuti). Disorganizzazione totale. Sunday, reservation at 11:00. Long wait of 4 hours! She managed to swab only at 14:45 (with waiting for the result of 30 minutes). Total disorganization.

Bello vedere che ancora qualcosa funziona. Visited Centro Tamponi for efficiency, very well organized point, very very courteous staff both in admission and nursing. J	Jenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata al centro tamponi con mia figlia minorenne con la carta della scuola in quanto nella sua classe è stata trovata una ragazza positiva. Dopo più di un' ora di colonna nonostante l'appuntamento, arriviamo all'accettazione dove ci viene detto che dovevamo pagare perché saremmo dovute recarci a fare il tampone il giorno prima, peccato che la sede di Marzana era chiusa e ci avevano detto che se andavamo il giorno dopo con la prenotazione non avremmo pagato nulla. Dico che non c'è problema e pago ma mi viene detto che la cassa era chiusa e che dovevo pagare con carta tramite pago pa e che dovevo poi inoltrare la mail a lei. Assistenza zero, nel frattempo mi sono passate davanti parecchie persone.! Ma quello che mi ha dato più fastidio è che c'era anche una compagna di classe di mia figlia e lei non ha pagato nulla e il tampone lo ha fatto subito, anche lei aveva la data del giorno prima. QUANDO HO FATTO PRESENTE, non sapevano più cosa dire tranne che si era sbagliata e che dovevafar pagare anche a loro ma non lo ha fatto, evidentemente non sanno nemmeno loro cosa fare. COMPETENZA PARI A ZERO. COMPLIMENTI. Brave e gentili solamente le due ragazze che fanno i tamponi. E comunque tutta la gente ammassata che si lamentava per l'estrema lentezza delle due incompetenti. COMPETENCE EQUAL TO ZERO. COMPLIMENTS. Only the two girls who make tampons are good and kind. And anyway all the crowded people complaining about the extreme slowness of the two incompetents. Never seen such a thing. And they pay them as well.

Il tecnico per posizionare il braccio sul tavolo lo ha piegato senza delicatezza. Mamma ha visto "le stelle". Dopo 4 giorni dall'esame ha male al braccio quando lo muove. ??? Alla accettazione ci accoglie un ragazzo, senza degnarsi di un saluto e con la musica a palla, non si accorge che le impegnative erano per dei tamponi rapidi di terza generazione, così apporta un segno dietro alle etichette già stampate. Andiamo a fare i tamponi e chiediamo nuovamente all’infermiera se effettivamente erano di terza generazione, la sua risposta:” I risultati dopo 15 minuti.“ Una volta ottenuto il referto notiamo che sull’etichetta c’era un orario che non corrispondeva al nostro, tutto ciò coperto da un altra etichetta. Ancora non sappiamo se abbiamo fatto un tampone di terza generazione o meno. A star because zero cannot be given. Buffers reserved here.
