Per raggiungere un ambulatorio specifico è necessario prende almeno due ascensori disposti in punti diversi, il punto informazioni non dispone nemmeno di una fila delineata… tantissimi corridoi stretti, tubature rotte a vista,soffitti bassi ecc ecc… L’unica salvezza sono i medici fin’ora incontrati, molto competenti e precisi che di certo non meritano di lavorare in una struttura simile A labyrinth that is not accessible at all for those with motor disabilities! A	Assunta Zappala' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ne reparto pediatria per mia figlia con covid mi sono trovata malissimo l' infemiera molto maleducata la stanza sporca mai più in questo ospedale vergognatevi non sapete neanche lavorare ci vuole gentilezza con i pazienti non parliamo le dottoresse di una maleducazione. Preferisco l' ospedale dell' angelo che sono più bravi e più gentili che amano il suo lavoro lo fanno con il cuore I was in the pediatric ward for my daughter with covid I found myself very badly the infirmary very rude the dirty room never again in this hospital be ashamed you do not even know how to work it takes kindness to patients we do not speak to the doctors of a rudeness. S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui a partorire il primo ottobre e sono stata qui 5 giorni. Non mi sono trovata bene e la tutina che mi avevano regalato è "sparita". Ho parlato con una mamma e mi ha detto che non è la prima volta che "spariscono" le cose perché lei aveva un peluche ed era "sparito". L'ultimo giorno che sono restata li una dottoressa mi ha detto che dovevo fare un'altra notte per delle visite alla bambina il giorno dopo, avevo l'ok di un'altra dottoressa per uscire e questa mi dice di no. Mi sono arrabbiata molto ma alla fine abbiamo risolto la cosa.. comunque non ci torno più vado in un altro ospedale dove mi trattano meglio I was here to give birth on October 1st and I was here 5 days. I was not happy and the onesie they had given me has "disappeared". I talked to a mom and she told me it's not the first time things have "disappeared" because she had a stuffed animal and it was "gone". The last day I was there a doctor told me that I had to do another night for visits to the child the next day, I had another doctor's ok to go out and she tells me no. I got very angry but in the end we solved it .. anyway I don't go back there anymore I go to another hospital where they treat me better

Personale gentilissimo e efficente, dagli infermieri, dai chirurghi, dalla anestesia. Saletta per i bambini ricoverati, con isola serena con tanti giochi e intrattenimenti per bambini e piccini. Personalmente ci hanno trattato molto bene!! All interno dell ospedale centrale c e un piccolo bar con ottimi prodotti e un edicola!! Per trovare i vari reparti ci sono le mappe collocate all esterno dell edificio vicino all entrata e quando si entra sul pavimento ci sono le linee guida per indicarci dove dobbiamo andare!! Il cup e il box informazioni sono sempre gentili. Comprate anche voi il coniglietto per dare un aiuto al reparto pediatrico!! Very large hospital, very competent, kind and helpful medical staff !! Pediatric department very attentive to children. Very kind and efficient staff, from nurses, surgeons, from anesthesia. Room for hospitalized children, with a serene island with lots of games and entertainment for children and little ones. They personally treated us very well !! Inside the central hospital there is a small bar with excellent products and a newsstand !! To find the various departments there are maps placed outside the building near the entrance and when you enter the floor there are guidelines to show us where we need to go !! The cup and information box are always friendly. Buy the bunny too to help the pediatric ward !!

The medical treatment was great and every neccessary steps to prepare him for transport back to Germany were taken, the conversation in english wad a bit difficult sometimes, but they really put up an effort to explain everything necessary to me about his condition. So thanks for everything!
