★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito dei servizi di dialisi offerti da questo ospedale durante l'ultima settimana di Giugno e la prima di luglio. Ospedale pulitissimo, personale ai servizi di accesso educato e cordiale . Ottimo servizio di reparto attento in questo periodo di Covid. Un grazie alla disponibilità sia della responsabile S. Koppman e all'attenzione di ogni seduta eseguita (sei). Unico rammarico è la lingua poichè anche se bilingue l'italiano per loro è una vera e propria seconda lingua con tutti i limiti del caso e la poca disponibilità di posti per la dialisi vacanziera (solo 2) per tutta la la Val Venosta. Di nuovo ... Grazie
 I used the dialysis services offered by this hospital during the last week of June and the first of July. Spotless hospital, polite and friendly access staff. Great attentive department service in this Covid period. Thanks to the availability of both the manager S. Koppman and to the attention of each session performed (six). The only regret is the language as, even if bilingual, Italian for them is a real second language with all the limits of the case and the limited availability of places for holiday dialysis (only 2) throughout the Val Venosta. Again ... Thanks

Very nice nurses and doctors in the intensive care unit, they also take their time when you are not feeling well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also Termin war für 14:00, 1 Stock Zimmer 1061 Dr. Hummer Stefan. Beim Ticket ich habe bekommen Nummer 006. Auf Arzttür um 13:58 war Nummer 003 und erst um 15:05 ich Arzt gesehen habe. Also für was wir haben Termin Zeit, Ticketen, alles digital? Wie ich kann meine Tag programmieren, wenn Krankenhaus ist pünktlich nicht? Und wir sagen : Südtirol ist nicht italienisch, aber alles funktioniert genau wie im Italien. So schöne und moderne Kiste (Krankenhaus) und so schlechte Krankenhauspersonal.
So the appointment was for 2:00 p.m., 1st floor, room 1061 Dr. Lobster Stefan. On the ticket I got number 006. On the doctor's door at 13:58 was number 003 and it was only at 15:05 that I saw the doctor. So what do we have appointment time for, tickets, everything digital? How can I program my day if the hospital isn't on time? And we say: South Tyrol is not Italian, but everything works just like in Italy. So nice and modern box (hospital) and so bad hospital staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fuhr hierher auf Überweisung meiner Ärztin da ich einen Ultraschall benötigte. Bei der Vormerkungsstelle schickte man mich direkt zur Notaufnahme da es ja dringend sei. Dort ließ man mich nach Anmeldung und Triage zwei Stunden warten um mir dann zu erklären dass man keinen Ultraschall machen könnte da kein Radiologie verfügbar sei. Ein super ineffizienter und sinnloser Besuch. Das Spital kann ich nicht empfehlen.
I went here on referral from my doctor because I needed an ultrasound. At the reservation center I was sent straight to the emergency room because it was urgent. There I was allowed to wait two hours after registering and triage and then explained to me that there was no ultrasound because there was no radiology available. A super inefficient and pointless visit. I cannot recommend the hospital.
