Und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Absolute Empfehlung!?????? Everything was perfect here today! An incredibly delicious dinner in a cozy atmosphere, crowned by the warm and extremely attentive service! And that at a very fair price-performance ratio! Absolute recommendation! ??????

Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Preise sind angemessen. Die Schlutzkrapfen sind ein Traum! Auf der Urlaubsheimfahrt über den Reschenpass eine prima Gelegenheit für eine angenehme Pause! Update vom 24.4.22: Die Speisekarte scheint ein wenig geschrumpft. Der reservierte Tisch war eingedeckt mit Servietten und einer kleinen Blumendeko. Das bestellte Entrecôte kam leider nur als Rumpsteak daher, war aber gut zubereitet. Die Info an den Koch blieb leider unbeantwortet. Sind trotzdem wieder hingegangen ;-)

Sehr gute regionale Küche alle Gerichte sind sehr lecker. Auch tolle vegetarische. Wir kommen wieder! Great kitchen & service Since 2004 we have been to Schlanders a total of eight times. The Black Eagle is the most important restaurant address for us. Very good regional cuisine, all dishes are very tasty. Great vegetarian too. We will be back!

Menu tradizionale, per sportivi e classico. I prezzi variano a secondo di quale opzione si sceglie, il tradizionale ha prezzi più alti. C'è anche qualche piatto fuori menù, per esempio abbiamo preso le pappardelle al sugo di cervo. Piatto buono e ricco di ragù. Abbiamo proseguito con una bistecca con salsa di cipolle, patate saltate e cipolla fritta, buonissima. Per finire crostata e tartufo bianco. C'è da dire che il servizio è un po' lento. Prices vary depending on which option you choose, the traditional one has higher prices. There are also some dishes off the menu, for example we took the pappardelle with venison sauce. Kleine Karte mit frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Große Terrasse die zur Straße hin abgetrennt ist. Historical family-run restaurant in the center of Schlanders. Very nice hosts with friendly staff. Small menu with fresh and high quality products. Large terrace which is separated from the street.
