A	Ali grande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro alle 16:30, alle 22:30 mi chiamano per fare i raggi e adesso mi tocca aspettare per altre 6 ore il medico. By 4.30 pm, at 10.30 pm they call me to do the beams and now I have to wait for another 6 hours for the doctor.
M	Monia Ascari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho portato mia madre a fare un controllo,ho avuto una brutta esperienza con un'infermiera in particolare,la più anziana,si permette di giudicare le persone senza conoscerle con un'aggressione verbale(forse sono stata sfortunata io ed era una giornata no).All'opposto ne ho trovata una gentilissima disponibile e mi è stata veramente di aiuto.Capisco che soprattutto in questo periodo sono tutti un po' troppo stressati,ma chi si rivolge in un pronto soccorso ha bisogno di essere accolto e aiutato,non attaccato. I understand that especially in this period they are all a bit too stressed, but those who go to an emergency room need to be welcomed and helped, not attached.

Io ho trovato un'infermiera gentilissima e molto disponibile (ero in panico totale). Ho ricevuto celere assistenza e non posso fare altro che complimentarmi con la Dottoressa che si è occupata del mio caso. I understand the negative comments, probably given the current situation, the timing is stretched and the staff exhausted. I found a very kind and very helpful nurse (I was in total panic). I received prompt assistance and I can only congratulate the Doctor who took care of my case.
M	Mrs. Ab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto mio figlio alle 5 di notte con febbre quasi a 41 che non scende da 6 ore, mal d'orecchi allucinante e svenimento: non c'è nessuno, ma lo tengono 3 ore seduto su una sedia in sala d'aspetto con una flebo di sali minerali (senza nemmeno guardargli l'orecchio) mentre dentro ridono e scherzano facendo un gran baccano... Non trovo molta "attenzione alle persone" ? I take my son at 5 am with a fever of almost 41 that has not gone down for 6 hours, hallucinating earache and fainting: there is no one, but they keep him sitting for 3 hours in a chair in the waiting room with an IV of mineral salts (without even looking at his ear) while inside they laugh and joke making a great racket ... I don't find much "attention to people" ?

Dopo più di otte ore siamo ancora in sala di attesa per la visita con il cardiologo. Access to ps alle for chest pain. Blood tests and electrocardiogram done immediately but ........ After more than eight hours we are still in the waiting room for the visit with the cardiologist.

Se non avete voglia di fare questo lavoro e siete stati costretti a farlo, la vita è una, cambiate e date modo a persone più competenti e appassionate di voi di lavorare. DISORGANIZZAZIONE allo stato puro! Gente che passeggia, fa comunella, rispondono male, sbuffa di continuo! State a casa, gente così non merita quello che fa. Ricordatevi che la gente va lì perché sta male ed è vostra responsabilità se succede qualcosa. Si parla di VITE UMANE, non giocattoli. E smettetela di sbuffare, non siete gli unici che lavorano. A star because otherwise I cannot write. If you don't want to do this job and you have been forced to do it, life is one, change and give way to people more competent and passionate than you to work. DISORGANIZATION in its pure state! People walking, sharing, responding badly, snorting all the time! Stay home, people like that don't deserve what they do.
