Se vieni qua per una frattura, con i tempi di attesa che hanno, ti visitano quando ormai si è ricalcificata da sola. After more than two hours of waiting we are still the same ten people here in the room, plus those who enter and register. E siamo in Emilia Romagna! Siamo qui digiuni, fuori di casa da stamattina in attesa non si sa di cosa e per quanto! Per quanto riguarda medici ed infermiere, stendiamo un velo pietoso. Arrivata alle 14:30 circa con forte cefalea, giramento di testa e respiro difficoltoso dopo vaccino, poi 7 ore di attesa prima di essere visitata da un medico. Abbandonata nel reparto dei sospetti covid senza neanche fare un tampone. Alla fine, dopo esami del sangue, ecg e tac encefalo, mi dicono che non ho niente e mi mandano a casa. Esco dal pronto soccorso all’1:30, stando peggio di prima. Mi hanno trattata male solo perché ho osato dire che sto male da quando ho fatto il vaccino. Peccato che, prima di esso, non avevo mai avuto un mal di testa in vita mia. Mai più! Il giorno dopo sono andata al Maggiore. Potrei comprendere se la sala fosse piena di gente, ma se i pazienti sono solo 3 ritengo che forse i preposti alle analisi e alle visite fossero da tutt'altra parte. Ho visto l'ambulanza far avanti e indietro 3 volte, senza sirena, senza lampeggiante e senza paziente a bordo: erano forse in consegna brioches e cappuccini? Vergognoso! It is not conceivable to have a person with abdominal pain wait around 2 hours in the waiting room. I could understand if the room was full of people, but if there are only 3 patients, I think that perhaps the persons in charge of the analyzes and visits were somewhere else entirely. I saw the ambulance go back and forth 3 times, without siren, without flashing light and without patient on board: were brioches and cappuccinos being delivered? Shameful!
A	Angela Montanari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare una dottoressa meravigliosa, molto competente e capace che mi ha "considerata", come dovrebbe essere sempre per un paziente gravato dal dolore.( In passato mi erano capitate esperienze poco piacevoli) Grazie ancora dott ssa Pecorelli e grazie anche a tutto il personale infermieristico che si prodiga in ogni modo per noi pazienti. I was lucky enough to meet a wonderful, very competent and capable doctor who "considered" me, as it should always be for a patient burdened by pain. (In the past I had unpleasant experiences) Thanks again Dr. Pecorelli and thanks also to all the nursing staff who do their utmost for us patients.
N	Nicola Piazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riesco a capire chi si lamenta, Non venivo da tanto tempo e oggi ho avuto bisogno, ho trovato un ambiente completamente nuovo con spazi efficienti e pulitissimo. All' arrivo siamo stati aiutati ed assistiti tempestivamente, dopo 7 minuti erano già stati presi tutti i parametri. Sono a disposizione laboratori analisi in loco e tutti i tipi di esami. C'è anche un reparto per la degenza breve. Personale gentile, competente ed umano. I can't understand who's complaining, I hadn't come for a long time and today I needed, I found a completely new environment with efficient spaces and very clean. Upon arrival we were promptly helped and assisted, after 7 minutes all the parameters had already been taken. On-site analysis laboratories and all types of tests are available. There is also a short-stay ward. Kind, competent and humane staff.
T	Tevaite Teihotaata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata stamattina alle 10:30 per un incidente stradale e ho aspettato 7 ore prima di essere chiamata… ora mi sono state fatte le radiografie e niente di nuovo in sala d’attesa ad aspettare non si sa quanto tempo… Un bambino di 10 anni è qui vicino a me in sala d’attesa da 5 ore e gli hanno detto che deve aspettare altre 6 ore per fargli le lastre!!!! Ma come siamo messi qua???? Sono arrivata che stavo malissimo , la sala d attesta stra piena, mi sono messa in attesa del triage, e poco dopo che ero in fila una studentessa che probabilmente sta facendo uno stage, con infinita dolcezza mi rivolge la parola dicendo…. Signora bevo che non sta bene facciamo il prima possibile, non è poco che una operatrice del triage ti da un segno di attenzione, bello confortante, anche se devi aspettare sai che sei stata notata, lo trovo rassicurante, arriva il mio turno e mi prende in carico proprio lei Anna Greta Guerzè ( una studentessa) non lo avrei mai detto, mi ha dato L idea di sapere esattamente come muoversi e cosa fare, la sua competenza abbinata a gentilezza e dolcezza nei modi . Questo è ciò di cui si ha bisogno in questi luoghi dove non scegliamo certo di andare Grazie Anna Greta, per avermi fatto sentire una persona e non un numero o colore, grazie anche al dottore che ha intuito il mio problema…. Non so il nome, e un ultimo ringraziamento all’infermiere Ivan che con professionalità mi ha spiegato e risposto alle domande sulla mia prognosi Grazie a tutti Unfortunately I had this experience….
