★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non entro in merito alla preparazione tecnica,ma attendibilità,puntualità e soprattutto l'educazione,sono molto carenti(e proprio da parte dei titolari dell'attività)Non ci serviremo mai più da loro e sarà nostra cura far presente al medico che ce lo ha consigliato il trattamento scortese ricevuto,anche se non credo interessi molto alla Signora,che pare sentirsi molto al di sopra della soddisfazione dei cliente
,dal momento che ci ha consigliato,pur essendo dalla parte del torto,di rivolgerci altrove

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto pagare in anticipo un paio di pantofole con il plantare, dicendo a mia madre che avrebbe solo dovuto più ritirarle un mese dopo, a plantare pronto, le hanno fatto pagare nuovamente 60 euro al momento del ritiro. Nello scontrino che mia madre ha esibito c'era solo il conteggio complessivo della visita fatta in precedenza e delle scarpe con plantare e non il dettaglio dei singoli costi, così è stata costretta a pagare nuovamente. (Da notare che era da sola, mentre la volta precedente ero presente e ricordo benissimo che le avevano fatto il conto complessivo senza che nulla avesse ancora da pagare). Comportamento ignobile. Vergogna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plantare non giusto x il mio problema . Modificato senza ulteriore controllo .il Tutore si è rotto dopo 2 gg . Mai rimesso a posto o sostituito . Speso 300 euro x nulla .
Falso mai mancata ad un appuntamento.Anzi ne ho anticipato uno perché non riuscivo a mettere plantare .Al primo controllo ho fatto 25km andare e 25 a tornare x sentirmi dire che non avevate la colla x aggiustare un piccolo tutore . Mai dati 5 appuntamenti. Cmq tutore e plantare nella spazzatura.insieme a 320 euro. Non stia a disposizione xchè non perderò altro tempo e denaro.

Insole not right for my problem. Modified without further inspection. The brace broke after 2 days. Never refitted or replaced. Spent 300 euros x nothing.
Fake never missed an appointment.In fact I anticipated one because I could not put on the orthotic. At the first check I did 25km to go and 25km to return to be told that you did not have the glue to fix a small brace. Never given 5 appointments. Anyway brace and plantar in the garbage. Together with 320 euros. Don't be available because I won't waste any more time and money.
