★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furbi, portato un misuratore di pressione per far rimettere a posto il sistema di misurazione, dopo una settimana mi viene ridato dicendo che nn erano riusciti e che mandarlo alla casa di produzione mi veniva a costare un 30 euro ,che nn valeva la pena, mi proponevano un altro misuratore con il loro marchio a 50 euro ritirando il mio vecchio,insistendo varie volte. Ho mandato una email alla casa eponendo il problema, mi hanno risposto il giorno dopo dicendo cosa dovevo fare e voilà, come per magia in neanche 10 secondi funzionava tutto correttamente. Complimenti per la vostra serietà. Bisogna ad ogni costo vendere un prodotto con il proprio marchio. Deludenti

Ho comprato un pordotto che non riuscivo ad indossare e alla richiesta di poter restituire la merce (integra, mai usata, con scontrino ed entro i 14 giorni dall'acquisto) mi è stato detto che potevano soltanto farmi un buono per di più da usare entro un mese.

Molto gentili in fase di noleggio, però alla restituzione di una carrozzina, si sono trattenuti la cauzione (che avevano chiesto a inizio noleggio rigorosamente IN CONTANTI) e non hanno né fatto lo scontrino (se non su esplicita richiesta qualche giorno dopo), né conteggiato correttamente i giorni di noleggio, facendo un forfait naturalmente a loro favore.

Sono passato in questa zona per una commissione e le ho trovate qui ad un prezzo sensato.
Personale squisito e disponibile.
Ne ho approfittato per ordinare altri articoli per i miei familiari. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Aggirno : sempre di grande aiuto, tutti, tranne la "" "signora delle pratiche" ""riveriamola" inviate alla Protesica/USL, per presidi. Montata e presuntuosa, indifferente al problema del cliente e all'aiuto del medesimo. Nemmeno dire che si sta lavorando la porta alla collaborazione : una vera cafona . Ho telef io alla Usl di via Torricelli, ho parlato e chiarito ciò che lei non aveva voglia di fare. Penosa signora. Riporterò il girello e non comprerò più, per far pesare la sua mancata professionalità. Egocentrica, ma di che! Lei è seduta a una scrivania e continuerà a fare la cafona, bel lavoro complimenti. Lo staff è i titolari, (lo sarà pure lei) ..... avranno un cliente in meno. Forse i miei soldi varranno poco nella totalità, ma li grazie a lei non li porterò più.

Rimango colpita dalle spiegazioni curate e mirate, del commesso; oramai si è abituati a venditori d'attacco che puntano solo alla "chiusura" , qui, ho capito tutto su tutto e non sono del settore. Bravo. Ahimè ho scelto gli articoli inconsapevole di come sarebbe stata la situazione .... per cui ero lì. Cambi e buoni da usufruire....
