L	Leone Antonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Sconsigliatissimo. Abbiamo affittato 5 bici con problemi riportate poco dopo,la prima sostituita ad una seconda che aveva anch'essa problemi. Personale non qualificato e per niente disponibile. Spreco di tempo e ho dovuto anche pagare un servizio di cui non ho realmente usufruito. Bad service. Not recommended. G	Giorgia_98 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in gruppo, 3 su 5 di noi hanno avuto grossi problemi, dopo un breve tratto una ha avuto problemi, torniamo indietro e ci viene cambiata ma l'altra dopo poco si ferma e non riesce a fare la salita, poi per due volte si è tolta la catena, siamo ritornati dopo mezz'ora in cui tentavano di goderci il viaggio e la ragazza è stata poco carina e comprensiva, ci ha anche dato dei bugiardi e ci ha fatto pagare la mezz'ora in cui secondo lei, l'abbiamo fatta lavorare per assisterci. La maggior parte delle bici prese hanno avuto problemi, tra catene che si toglievano continuamente e nonostante avessimo pagato per avere le bici con pedalata assistita, una di queste non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto cambiarla più di una volta. Personale molto sgarbato. Non siamo riusciti a girare, abbiamo perso più tempo per portare le bici (non funzionanti per la maggior parte) indietro che per girare, molto delusa. Nonostante la mancanza fosse del negozio, abbiamo anche dovuto pagare le bici non funzionanti. Sconsigliato. Bad experience. I must say that the idea of touring the island with bikes would have been nice and enjoyable, if only the bikes hadn't had any problems. Most of the bikes taken had problems, including chains taking off all the time and although we had paid for the pedal assist bikes, one of them didn't work and we had to change it more than once. Very rude staff. We were unable to turn, we lost more time to bring the bikes (not working for the most part) back than to turn, very disappointed. Despite the lack of shop, we also had to pay for the non-working bikes. Not recommended.
E	Elena Burgio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Abbiamo affittato 5 bici, partiamo e subito una da problemi. Perdiamo 10 minuti per tornare indietro, la bici ci viene cambiata. La nuova bici non ha la pedalata assistita e anche stavolta facciamo fatica per tornare indietro, dovendo rispettare i sensi di marcia. Nel frattempo, altre 2 bici hanno avuto problemi con la catena. Perdiamo mezz'ora e non riusciamo a visitare niente. Spieghiamo il problema e ci viene detto che è impossibile che sia potuta succedere una cosa del genere. Personale sgarbato. a	andrea de pasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedere spintonare e prendere a parolacce volgarissime ad alta voce un cliente (ho assistito attonito insieme alla mia fidanzata da dentro la mia autovettura mentre facevo la fila in via malta per raggiungere Ortigia ),tra l'altro anziano, reo solo di aver fatto notare che il sedile di una bici fosse bagnato ( infatti il povero sventurato aveva tutto il posteriore bagnato ), è praticamente vergognoso e da denuncia .Sull'attività ed i servizi non giudico perché non conosco, critico aspremente il comportamento di uno dei proprietari che non può trattare con violenza un cliente, qualsiasi cosa abbia potuto fare o far notare!!!! Ps: ma come mai su google spuntano due pagine con denominazioni diverse ( Ortigia Service e Bazar Ortigia ) , ma stesso indirizzo, della vostra attività? V	Vincent Knottnerus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, bad and dangerous bike. We rented an electric family bike. The bike reacts very slow. It’s almost impossible to start it up uphill. Then the power kicks in, also dangerous! The brakes are bad. It’s very hard to brake when you go downhill. After half an hour we had a flat tyre. We tried to contact the Ortigia “service’ with the phone number on the ticket and the website. But no contact. Half an hour later I decided to walk back to the office. They don’t say sorry, but just that it is the wrong number. They forget to mention. I said I wantend to cancel the rent, because I lost allready more than an hour and couldn’t finish my trip. A refund is not possible, because it’s my own risk and I signet for it. I had to go back to the bike. They fixed the tyre and had to go back to the office. In total we lost almost two hours. I got a small refund and ended up paying € 40 for half an hour. Bad experience!!!
