Potente flash back organolettico...grazie signor Orsi del Vigneto di San Vito! I recognize the primitive and genuine way of making wine that recalls the ancient and almost forgotten emotions of when my grandfather made other wine but with the same philosophy many years ago. Powerful organoleptic flash back ... thank you Mr. Bears from the San Vito vineyard!

Empatia zero, peccato perché il loro vino è buono e la ragazza che ci ha seguiti è molto gentile. Pollice verso ?? Seven friends who go to buy wine (among other things paying for it as if we had been sitting in the restaurant, and without even a taste for those who did not know their fussy sur lie) silenced we were not even at school. Zero empathy, too bad because their wine is good and the girl who followed us is very kind. Thumbs down to ??
F	Francesco De Flaviis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace che alcuni abbiano dato delle recensioni negative ad una cantina di eccellenza unica, ormai non sono più a Bologna ma ricordo con immenso piacere sia il rosso Bologna che il pignoletto per non parlare poi della Posca. Ho incontrato il titolare, persona appassionata e umile come tanti lavoratori dell'Emilia davvero una realtà fatta di belle persone. Se potessi darei sette stelle mi spiace solo non poter essere più lì con gli amici a bere il vostro vino. I am sorry that some have given negative reviews to a winery of unique excellence, I am no longer in Bologna but I remember with great pleasure both the red Bologna and the pignoletto not to mention the Posca. I met the owner, a passionate and humble person like many workers in Emilia, truly a reality made up of beautiful people. If I could I would give it seven stars I'm just sorry I can't be there with friends anymore to drink your wine.

Wonderful staff and magnificent wines with such a long finish to accompany you all the way back to town! 5 stars from me. Looking forward to returning to try their organic home grown pork products and fruit n veg! Thanks for such a delightful start to the day!

Later on, the wine tasting itself was in their beautiful villa. We booked with food, so we could taste the delicious ham and vegetables from their garden as well.
