E far finire il discorso no? Maleducazione impressionante. Speriamo che almeno i vini siano buoni,non di certo acidi come chi ha risposto Whoever answers the phone is out of the ordinary rude !!!! Ne ho approfittato per provare qualche altra tipologia (barbera e pignoletto) Il locale è piuttosto freddo, anche il personale è vestito pesante. Il servizio è stato molto cortese Interesting cellar .. It certainly does not fully meet my tastes but I found the Lambrusco recommended by the book "Emilia Romagna da bere". Se posso dare un consiglio, preparare gli addetti alla vendita su come accoglie i clienti e dare consigli e informazioni sui prodotti. Ho chiesto del Pignoletto, e l'addetto mi ha chiesto, di collina o di pianura...io ho domandato quale differenza c'era, mi è stato risposto in modo supponente che uno era di collina e l'altro di pianura...grazie. lo avrei immaginato.
