Ero molto scettico sul periodo consigliato per l'imbottigliamento, ma ho ascoltato il consiglio, di imbottigliare già in dicembre, ed ho avuto ottimi risultati, sia per il pignoletto che per il cabernet. For those who want to take good wine in demijohns and bottle it personally, this is a good cellar! I have been going back for several years. I was very skeptical about the recommended period for bottling, but I listened to the advice, to bottle already in December, and I had excellent results, both for the pignoletto and for the cabernet.

Io e alcune amiche incuriosite dalla descrizione dell'evento Aperitivo in vigna con borlenghi siamo andate alla Cantina Bonfiglio ieri sera. Il menù al prezzo di €20 secondo quanto indicato sulla loro pagina Facebook avrebebe dovuto comprendere "borlenghi e gnocco fritto farciti con salumi e formaggi del territorio, aperitivo a volontà e 3 calici di vino dei nostri filari". Ecco che arriva la sorpresa.. ci hanno servito borlenghi quasi vuoti, gnocco fritto SENZA SALUMI E FORMAGGI e 3 miseri bicchierini di vino. FINE! Quano ho chiesto spiegazioni al titolare mi ha risposto che l'agenzia che si occupa della locandina si era sbagliata e mi ha riso in faccia. Francamente ci siamo sentite prese in giro e SICURAMENTE ci rivolgeremo a un'associazione per la tutela dei consumatori. MAI PIù!!!!!! Scammers Misleading advertising!! I and some friends intrigued by the description of the event Aperitif in the vineyard with borlenghi we went to the Cantina Bonfiglio last night. The menu at the price of € 20 as indicated on their Facebook page should have included "borlenghi and fried dumplings stuffed with cold cuts and cheeses from the area, an unlimited aperitif and 3 glasses of wine from our rows". Here comes the surprise .. they served us almost empty borlenghi, fried dumplings WITHOUT SALAMI E cheeses and 3 miserable glasses of wine. END! When I asked for explanations, the owner replied that the agency that takes care of the poster was wrong and laughed in my face. Quite frankly, we felt we were taken for a ride and we WILL DEFINITELY turn to a consumer protection association. Never again!!!!!!

Eventi fantastici e divertenti, da ripetere in compagnia! Consigliatissimo in gruppi! The place is very welcoming, halfway between the vineyards and the countryside. The wine list is well studied, and the few proposals are of the highest quality. Fantastic and fun events, to be repeated in company! Highly recommended for groups!

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, la maggior parte dei vini rimane dentro i 7 euro, ne valgono di più. Simpatici e gentili i titolari.
