l	luciano salvatore giglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi per la prima volta sono entrato in questa macelleria sicuramente molto bella negli arredi ragazzi giovani che sicuramente conoscono il loro lavoro, anche se ho chiesto un taglio specifico ossia la punta di costata, e per primo mi ha presentato la trinca, anche io ho mostrato un po' di disappunto visto che non era il taglio da me richiesto per cui ha tirato fuori un altro taglio; anche questo non da me richiesto dopo aver tagliato una fetta rimostro perplessità sul taglio individuando come costata intrecciata e non come punta di costata da me richiesto a questo punto ha girato il carre del vitello finalmente dandomi il taglio da me richiesto a circa 15 euro al kg sicuramente non economico ma mi aspettavo visto l' ambiente ed il cognome Ventura la macelleria mustang a cl difronte la chiesa di santa Lucia comunque devo ancora assaggiarlo, però mi aspettavo più professionalità. Le fiorentine sono di qualità indiscussa, ogni volta che ho ospiti con la loro carne faccio sempre bella figura! Really good meat from local farms, very kind and professional staff. Ciò che invece mi ha stupito è il fatto che sia una macelleria "giovane" e che guarda in avanti. Infatti sono l'unica macelleria della zona ad avere l'app da cui poter fare gli ordini e farsi anche portare la carne a casa. Bravi complimenti! A butcher shop different from the others. Obviously welcoming staff, cleanliness and quality products, but this should be normal. What surprised me instead is the fact that it is a "young" butcher's shop that looks forward. In fact, they are the only butcher in the area to have the app from which you can place orders and even have the meat brought home. Congratulations!
