Il proprietario è di origini napoletane ed è anche un piacere sentirlo parlare. Per quanto riguarda i formaggi, li puoi scegliere anche da un album che ti fa vedere spiegandoti le caratteristiche di ogni formaggio. Durante il periodo estivo e credo anche durante quello scolastico prepara degli ottimi panini da asporto.
