★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati più volte e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti. Ottime materie prime, piatti curati. La scelta dei vini è interessante e il menu viene cambiato frequentemente. Giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo, il locale è gestito da ragazzi giovani, ma con l'esperienza. Torneremo di sicuro!
We have been several times and have always been satisfied. Excellent raw materials, well-finished dishes. The choice of wines is interesting and the menu changes frequently. The value for money is right, the place is run by young people, but with experience. We will come back for sure!

Qualità delle pietanze , materie prime eccellenti!! Menu molto ricercato!! Voto del mio pranzo fuori : 10 e lode!! Sicuramente torneremo e sicuramente vi faremo tantissima bella pubblicità perché la stra meritate !! Complimenti davvero ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi posti a sedere e cucina ricercata ma con ingredienti semplici. Servizio curato, personale gentilissimo. La tàrtara non memorabile, la carne era un po' fibrosa, mentre l'anatra era nel complesso buona: il petto era un po' gommoso ma la coscia era squisita. Buono il dolce, un sorbetto alla ciliegia, ma non saporitissimo. In generale devo dire che ho riscontrato la stessa - lieve - insapidità anche in altre pietanze. Tre difetti seppur veniali: entrava freddo in sala quando qualcuno entrava o usciva, non accettano American Express, e, sebbene l'esperienza sia senza dubbio di buon livello, ho trovato alcuni prezzi un po' alti.
Few seats and refined cuisine but with simple ingredients. Attentive service, very kind staff. The tàrtara is not memorable, the meat was a bit fibrous, while the duck was overall good: the brisket was a bit chewy but the leg was delicious. The dessert is good, a cherry sorbet, but not very tasty. In general, I must say that I found the same - slight - insapidity in other dishes as well. Three faults, albeit venial: he entered the room cold when someone entered or left, they do not accept American Express, and, although the experience is undoubtedly of a good standard, I found some prices a bit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piatti ricercati e particolari. "Questa non è una carbonara" assolutamente da provare. Abbinamento con vini consigliato da personale gentile e formato. Dolci fatti in casa prelibati e fatti al momento. Location e impiattamento elegante e innovativo, ma rimanendo alla portata di qualsiasi situazione e portafoglio (prezzi contenuti con qualità eccelsa).

Refined and particular dishes. "This is not a carbonara" absolutely to try. Wine pairing recommended by kind and trained staff. Delicious and freshly made homemade desserts. Location and elegant and innovative dish, but remaining within the reach of any situation and wallet (low prices with excellent quality).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi ho cenato in occasione di una degustazione di vini, precisamente il Nobile di Montepulciano (cantina Metinella). Vino apprezzabilissimo, una verticale 2019-2016. Gli abbinamenti proposti erano buonissimi, tutto impiattato alla perfezione, porzioni generose, alta la qualità. Speciali le pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale e la costata frollata in osso 60 giorni. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
I dined there on the occasion of a wine tasting, precisely the Nobile di Montepulciano (Metinella winery). A very appreciable wine, a vertical 2019-2016. The proposed combinations were very good, all served perfectly, generous portions, high quality. Special are the pappardelle with wild boar sauce and the 60-day bone-in chop. Can't wait to go back.
