Il prodotto realizzato(un lavoretto artigianale) era completamente diverso da quanto richiesto ( se pur esplicitate le caratteristiche
con molta attenzione nel momento iniziale della vendita). Nel momento del ritiro in cui ho chiesto spiegazioni sul prodotto realizzato, ho trovato un personale completamente diverso da quello iniziale, ben poco disponibile, disinteressato se non quasi scocciato dalla mia delusione nel vedere un oggetto completamente diverso da quanto richiesto.
