Super bad experience! I walk into the shop with my two children (almost 2 and 5 years old) to buy things for my 5 year old daughter. After choosing some things, the saleswoman (I think her name was Antonella) asks me if I want to get discounted long-sleeved shirts for this winter for the little one. I tell her that my son is already wearing 24 and that therefore I would like to take some bigger things so that in 3/4 months they can still fit him. I take things, pay and go home. I take all the clothes from the bag and remove the tags to put them in the closet. After a couple of days I take the T-shirts and realize that maybe they are a bit small. I go to look inside and I realize that they are all 18/24. The saleswoman was wrong. I go back to the shop to explain what happened and to be able to change the shirts but the "very nice and courteous" Peruvian girl tells me that the shirts without tags cannot be changed. Then she adds that she thought I had washed the t-shirts in the washing machine because she could smell the fabric softener. In the end I call the brigade to resolve this matter and they tell me that unfortunately, despite the fact that it was they who made mistakes, I didn't have to remove the tags and therefore I could not do anything. Conclusion: if the orders had known how to do their job and that is to give the customer what he is asking of you, no problem would ever have arisen and I could have removed my damn tags without having to think "but that idiot will have given me the right size?!?! " I will never set foot with them again, neither I nor my friends and relatives that I sent there to give gifts to my children ... ps this is aimed at the girls of the Marconi store: I will also have lost 30 euros worth of t-shirts (because luckily I had them buy on balance) but do you know how much money you have lost in a year with everything I bought ??? Adioooos !!!!

Bad experience. The saleswoman refused to make an exchange with any kind of apology. First he claimed that the label was missing (which was instead present), then that the t-shirt had been washed and finally that there were some phantom lint ... the same t-shirt was changed in another store (via Cristoforo Colombo) that in 5 minutes without any problem. I used to go shopping in this shop a lot, obviously I won't set foot there again
