a	anna gagliardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno fatto misurare il vestito alla mia piccolina con la scusa dell'igiene e basandosi sul peso della bambina...ma se glielo misurava a casa e poi non mi piaceva ne lo cambiavano: se io avessi avuto cani o gatti a casa...non sarebbe stato meno igienico del negozio??? Dopo un' animata discussione sono andata via senza provarlo x mia scelta anche se poi la padrona del negozio aveva acconsentito...la commessa era cmq contraria...tieniteli cari cari in negozio!!! Nemmeno un centesimo di sconto, invece, su una spesa complessiva abbastanza alta. Credo che i clienti debbano essere trattati con sincerità per farli ritornare e non scappare. Tuttavia il personale, almeno la signora che ci ha servito, è totalmente inadeguata e incompetente a gestire la vendita del prodotto. Faceva finta di non riuscire a trovare le misure dell abito per la più piccola, perchè in realtà non voleva che lo provasse nel timore di sporcarlo o altro. Poi l ha pure apertamente dichiarato che era meglio che la bambina non lo provasse "tanto andava bene" e si poteva acquistare. Ho trattenuto,per buona educazione, la risposta che meritava. Inoltre i camerini sono angusti e gli spazi inadeguati per la prova di abiti bimbi. Al momento del pagamento, sono stata trattata in maniera frettolosa, in barba alla finta cordialità mostrata all'inizio. I went to this store to buy two bridesmaid dresses. Stavo per acquistare 2 abiti da 230 euro l' uno per i miei figli ma, alla richiesta di provarli sui bimbi mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto regolarmi in base ai pantaloni in quanto giacche e camicie non si possono indossare perché altrimenti, qualora avessero sporcato o rigurgitato sui capi(i miei figli hanno rispettivamente 1 e 3 anni ed entrambi hanno smesso di rigurgitare da un pezzo) , mi "avrebbero obbligato a comprarli" . Alla mia faccia sbigottita, la commessa ha risposto che in via eccezionale avremmo potuto provare la giacca ed in caso si fosse sporcata (e di conseguenza acquistata) mi avrebbero fatto un buono per l acquisto di un altro capo (???). Al che, tempo di realizzare l' accaduto, siamo usciti immediatamente e, fatti 100 metri, siamo arrivati ad un altro negozio dove, oltre alla enorme disponibilità del personale, è possibile provare i vestiti che si acquistano. Fair choice, high prices. Unfriendly staff. Invece di mostrarci gli abiti mi invita a tornare durante la settimana e mi mette in mano un bigliettino da visita dicendomi che avendo la cerimonia dopo l'estate adesso le facevo perdere tempo e lei preferiva far entrare persone che avrebbero acquistato al momento. Ovviamente le ho risposto che il bigliettino con i suoi contatti se li poteva tenere e MAI più nella vita sarei tornata a comprare nel suo negozio. Sono una commerciante e posso dire che certa gente dovrebbe cambiar mestiere.!!!
