Premesso che sono Vs. cliente (forse Geo-Equipe snc Le dice qualcosa), alcuni giorni fa ho portato un furgone per una revisione (furgone peraltro già in diverse circostanze consegnatovi per riparazioni sempre eseguite correttamente) e l'addetto alle revisioni ha ritenuto opportuno non procedere alla revisione (ne ha avuto tutti i diritti, sia ben chiaro) e senza nemmeno salutare ha rimesso il libretto di circolazione nell'abitacolo ed è sparito, con aria notevolmente infastidita. Ecco, un po' più di cortesia ed affabilità, è quello che mi sento di consigliare all'addetto alle revisioni. Tanto Le dovevo. Distinti saluti. I clarify the reason for my complaint.
