★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assistenza, in un momento critico come quello dopo un incidente, è una cosa seria per chi si trova disorientato, spaventato e a piedi. Io, purtroppo, non ho riscontrato la serietà dovuta. La mia polizza assicurativa garantiva il soccorso gratuito per un raggio di 50 Km al punto di assistenza della casa costruttrice più vicino o al luogo indicato dall'Assicurato purchè nel raggio di 50 Km. Ebbene mi è stato detto che invece garantiva un raggio di soli 20 Km. Inoltre la mia auto non è stata portata al più vicino punto di assistenza della casa madre (che distava solo 1,5 km dal punto dell'impatto) ma nella loro carrozzeria e officina (distante poco più) per poi propormi un preventivo di spesa e/o la vendita diretta a loro dell'auto incidentata.
Io potevo farmi portare, insieme alla mia auto, dal mio carrozziere di fiducia, vicino casa, distante 32 km e così anche non trovarmi a piedi a questa distanza.
La mia agente assicurativa ha già provveduto a segnalare questo anomalo e scorretto intervento!
Cosa non è chiaro nella dicitura "Oppure al luogo indicato dall'Assicurato purché entro un raggio di 50 Km dal luogo in cui si è verificato il sinistro"? Chi leggerà saprà valutare da solo con un po' di intelligenza!
Assistance, at a critical moment like the one after an accident, is a serious matter for those who find themselves disoriented, scared and on foot. Unfortunately, I did not find the seriousness due. My insurance policy guaranteed free rescue for a radius of 50 km to the point of assistance of the nearest manufacturer or to the place indicated by the Insured as long as within a radius of 50 km. Well, I was told that instead it guaranteed a radius of only 20 Km. In addition, my car was not taken to the nearest assistance point of the parent company (which was only 1.5 km from the point of impact) but in their bodywork and workshop (a little further away) and then proposed an estimate of expense and / or direct sale to them of the damaged car.
I could take my car, along with my car, to my trusted body shop near my home, 32 km away so I wouldn't even be walking at this distance.
My insurance agent has already reported this anomalous and incorrect intervention!
What is not clear in the words "Or the place indicated by the Insured as long as within a radius of 50 Km from the place where the accident occurred"? Who will read will be able to evaluate alone with a little intelligence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo portato la nostra macchina per 4 volte e pagato €1000 euro senza aver risolto il problema!! Dicevano che ci è stata cambiata la turbina invece quando abbiamo cambiato meccanico è stata riscontrata una turbina arrugginita e sbiellata , motivo per il quale la macchina continuava a dare problemi . Alla richiesta di una spiegazione il proprietario e l’amministratore se ne sono lavati le mani poiché convinti che la turbina da loro messa fosse “rigenerata e in buono stato”.
ci siamo sentiti truffati e sconsigliamo questo posto a TUTTI.
We brought our car 4 times and paid € 1000 euros without having solved the problem !! They said that the turbine was changed but when we changed the mechanic we found a rusty and skewed turbine, which is why the machine continued to give problems. When asked for an explanation, the owner and the administrator washed their hands because they were convinced that the turbine they put in was "regenerated and in good condition".
we felt scammed and do not recommend this place to EVERYONE.
