★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena chiamato per informazioni riguardo i tamponi rapidi e i costi, mi ha risposto una signora che scorbutica é dire poco. Ho utilizzato il termine farmacia per errore, non sapevo il termine tecnico per definire il loro centro e questa "signora" mi ha letteralmente aggredita senza lasciarmi neanche parlare e spiegare. Alla fine tutto mi ha detto tranne che le informazioni necessarie.
I just called for information about quick tampons and costs, a grumpy lady replied. I used the term pharmacy by mistake, I did not know the technical term to define their center and this "lady" literally attacked me without even letting me speak and explain. Eventually he told me everything except the necessary information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il medico (?) del prelievo a domicilio si è presentato con 1 ora di ritardo. Terrorizzato da un gattino di 2 mesi. Ha impiegato 10 minuti per riempire un piccola fialetta di prelievo venoso facendo sentire anche parecchio dolore a mia madre. In sede ho fatto un'ora di fila solo per avere codice per il referto online. No comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un prelievo venoso, oltre al fatto che ancora usano le siringhe e non gli aghi a farfalla ok ci può stare, ma il medico è un incompetente per non dire parole offensive, ho una vena che è grossa come un tubo per annaffiare, è andato fuori vena con l'ago, ci ho pure speso 25 euro, e spero che la e analisi siano quelle che ho richiesto, perché inizio ad avere dubbi. Tranne che per i tamponi sconsigliato vivamente
