Pessimo trattamento alla reception con una signorina che pensava di stare al grande fratello per il suo livello culturale, visita medica superficiale tanto che abbiamo dovuto far fare un’altra visita presso un’altra struttura. Ci sono andata solo perché era convenzionato con un centro sportivo ma ai 40 euro ho dovuto aggiungere 100 euro per una visita seria. Just a comment: never again. Bad treatment at the reception with a young lady who thought she was staying with her big brother for her cultural level, a superficial medical examination so much so that we had to have another visit to another facility. I went there only because it had an agreement with a sports center but for the 40 euros I had to add 100 euros for a serious visit.

Oggi (venerdì) mi organizzo, prendo permesso da lavoro, vado lí ed è chiuso. Complimenti per la serietà. s	sonia loberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scarsissima professionalità, tranne una signora che cercava di spiegarmi il tipo di analisi che faceva il centro, il restante delle ragazze al desk sembravano quasi infastidite sulla mia osservazione nel dire che è impossibile parlare al telefono con qualcuno perchè entra una segreteria telefonica che dice che verrai ricontattata nelle 24 ore questo solo per prendere l'appuntamento .... dopo aver fatto la visita per un certificato medico sportivo hanno sbagliato a scrivere il mio nome riparte la segreteria telefonica e sono stata ricontattata il giorno dopo ma non è finita quì il certificato corretto mi è stato inviato dopo 4 gg perchè la dottoressa non era in studio così ho perso una settimana di palestra. Dal sito non si riesce a prenotare: ti registri, ti fa scegliere l'orario e qualsiasi orario scegli dice che non è disponibile, di riprovare. Telefoni e con una certa scortesia ti dicono che loro NON POSSONO PRENDERE PRENOTAZIONI TELEFONICHE (?!?!?!). Mi dicono di scaricare una App che non riesco a trovare. Ma comunque mi chiedo: se fossi una persona anziana che magari non ha accesso a internet come avrei dovuto fare?! Pessimo servizio. Cambiato centro dove sono riuscita a prenotare telefonicamente con discreta facilità. Very bad: it is one of the accredited centers for the rapid antigen test. v	veronica poletto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma devo fare una recensione negativa a questo centro per il tampone fatto oggi. Premetto che non è il primo tampone ne avrò fatti almeno una decina e apparte fastidio momentaneo e poco dopo mai avuto nulla. Ho fatto il tampone oggi pomeriggio alle16.30 e ora alle 23.30 ho ancora dolore alla gola che mi pizzica e al naso dove mi è anche uscito un po' di sangue stasera. Delicatezza zero la dottoressa che lo ha fatto oltre che cordialità zero. Gli avevo chiesto se era possibile fare prima un narice e poi gola avendo problemi al naso e molte altre volte da altre parti avevano fatto così ma non mi ha neanche sentita e mi ha fatto il tampone come se avesse un martello in mano senza neanche prendere in considerazione la mia richiesta. Sicuramente non tornerò. La reception invece molto gentili e cordiali e servizio veloce sia la registrazione che la risposta in poco tempo peccato per chi fa il tampone. I had the swab this afternoon at 4.30 pm and now at 11.30 pm I still have pain in my throat that is itching and in my nose where I also got a little blood tonight. I asked him if it was possible to first do a nostril and then a throat having problems with his nose and many other times elsewhere they had done so but he didn't even hear me and he swabbed me as if he had a hammer in his hand without even taking in consider my request. I will definitely not go back. The reception instead very kind and friendly and fast service both the registration and the response in a short time shame for those who do the swab.
