Acquistavo i biglietti per i concerti già forse 25 anni fa ed è rimasto tutto come allora, sia la struttura piccola e angusta che il personale, lo stesso. La piaga del bagarinaggio e il secondary ticket hanno devastato la possibilità di acquistare i biglietti online e per chi vuole avere una qualche certezza di partecipare senza stressarsi ad un concerto ad esempio, avere una agenzia come punto di riferimento può essere importante. Personale gentile, ma l'acquisto solo in contanti e la chiusura dalle 13 alle 16 non lo rende fruibile a tutti, penso a chi lavora e può usufruire solo della pausa pranzo e chi non vuole portare con sé grosse cifre di contanti.... F	Fabio Califfo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi ad acquistare 3 biglietti per roma volley la promo era che se ne acquistano 3 uno era omaggio invece quando lo ho aquistati mi hanno detto che se ne avrei acquistati 4 era come se uno era omaggio anche se 3 venivano 11.50 l uno mentre prendendone 4 li avrei pagato 9 mi domando ma la convenienza quale è fatto presente il problema sono tornato e il pacchetto da 4 ora veniva anziché 9 a biglietti lo avevano abbassato a 8.60 ora il totale è giusto ma perché su un biglietto che dovrebbe essere omaggio devo pagare 1.50 euro in conclusione per non fare troppe polemiche ne ho preso solo tre ma la promo scritta da loro è ingannevole molto deluso avrebbero potuto almeno non farmi pgare la commissione per susarsi visto il loro errore "avrei potuto chiamare gli organi competenti " visto che ho lo screen della promo. Ma la serranda era già chiusa a metà alle 19...quando siamo arrivati ....abbiamo per favore chiesto di entrare. Porta in faccia! Dopo 2ore di attesa all'esterno dell'esercizio, sono rientrato al suo interno e mi hanno detto che i biglietti x la Tim Cup erano finiti da ieri. Complimenti x la professionalità dimostrata e soprattutto per l'arroganza di uno dei operatori (un anziano) che puntualmente ogni tanto usciva e si rivolgeva in malo modo verso clienti in fila per i biglietti Roma Liverpool.
