Highly recommended tour agency company in the Vatican zone, we bought tickets and tours from this shop, highly recommended agency and return again

The tour lady who sells you the guide is lovely. However, as soon as you get to the ticket office you are over charged as you get discount for being a student. I had to show my student card 3 times and was still overcharged. The person you paid the money to was rude as anything! The tour was sold as a guide that you could stop, observe, take photos and suitable for those wanting to take in the breath taking views in. We were frog marched from St. Peter’s square to the entrance to the museum. The tour guide spoke about the city whilst people were still struggling to catch up. When people caught up she walked off and they missed what she had to say. Once we made it in the entrance to the museum she had lost 4 people from our group as it was sold as 20-25 people per guide there were at least 40 people on the tour so you had no chance to hear what she had to say. If you were elderly or disabled you should not take this tour no matter what they promise! Once we had our tickets and our headphones you couldn’t hear a thing the guide was saying she spoke broken English and had French people on the tour so kept changing her language. After the first statue we couldn’t even see or take a photo, let alone understand her. So we decided to ditch the tour which cost €115 and go or own way and see the beautiful artwork and history of the museum. At one point we overlooked St. Peter’s on the balcony which was on top of the gardens and you could see our tour group rushing through the garden not being able to stop or look at anything. Not sure if they are on a timer to get you in and out! You would be better off with an audio guide bought from the museum itself. The other members in the group were not impressed. Lots of comments were said throughout our experience with them. They rushed the sale with us, saying we had to get on the next tour or the next tour would be on Monday which was a lie! Fuming if it wasn’t cash we had paid I’d demand a refund. Don’t get ripped off with this company!! So sad I wanted to take my mum away for her 50th birthday, I’ve been on many tours in different countries and this is the worst company and most expensive I’ve ever been on! When you saw other tour groups they were stopping and starting all the time allowing people to take photos and enjoy the experience! Don’t be fooled into this trap!!!
