★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intitolato ai Santi Sebastiano e Carlo fu edificato tra il 1623 e il 1625.
L'abside è del 1680, mentre il campanile è del 1704.
Il restauro della facciata risale al 1910, terzo centenario della canonizzazione di San Carlo. Degli affreschi del pittore tortonese Pietro Mietta oggi rimane la scena centrale raffigurante San Carlo.
All'interno si possono ammirare la:
• tavola raffigurante la Madonna in trono con Bambino tra i Santi Rocco e Sebastiano del 1577-1578 dell'artista Scipione Crespi;
• tela Trapasso di S. Giuseppe del XVIII sec.;
• tela Martirio di S. Bartolomeo del 1639;
• statua lignea raffigurante la Madonna Assunta del 1852 opera del gaviese Montecucco.
 Entitled to the Saints Sebastian and Charles it was built between 1623 and 1625.
The apse is from 1680, while the bell tower is from 1704.
The restoration of the façade dates back to 1910, the third centenary of the canonization of San Carlo. Of the frescoes by the Tortona painter Pietro Mietta today remains the central scene depicting San Carlo.
Inside you can admire the:
• panel depicting the Madonna enthroned with Child between Saints Rocco and Sebastiano of 1577-1578 by the artist Scipione Crespi;
• 18th century transfer canvas of St. Joseph;
• Martyrdom of St. Bartholomew of 1639;
• wooden statue of the Madonna Assunta of 1852 by the Montecucco gaviese.
