I live in San Francisco, California and needed to send flowers to my Italian cousin who's in a hospital near Tortona. I first called Daniela and then we worked through the details via Whatsapp and PayPal. She put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered the flowers as promised. Talented, honest and responsive are good words to describe her level of service.
