Se poi non scegli l'unica brutta montatura che c'è riesce a farti sentire enormemente a disagio con modi aggressivi e di estrema maleducazione. Non tornerò mai più, fosse anche l'ultimo ottico rimasto sulla terra. Saccenti, not courteous, monstrous ego of the elderly owner and little choice of montanture. I will never go back, even if it were the last optician left on earth.

R	Roberto Tamiazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunatamente poche recensioni negative quindi vuol dire che il negozio funziona , Posso dire che molte volte è anche come il cliente si pone verso il commerciante che nel suo meglio mette a disposizione la sua professionalità poi a me il titolare ha dimostrato una simpatia che con pochi piemontesi avviene. Non so se sia stata la stessa sintonia ma non penso .molte volte è colpa del cliente che ha tanta puzza sotto il naso . Che poi con le raffinatezze di un locale ed i prodotti molte volte non come dovrebbero essere,ed è li che glielo ficcano in quel posto e sono pure contenti. Quindi prima di dare delle valutazioni secondo me errate fatevi un un'autoesame oppure rivolgetevi dal vostro psicologo di fiducia. Io comunque x ora mi sento soddisfatto vedrò dopo che mi saranno consegnati gli occhiali se oltre la buona accoglienza c'è anche la professionalità applicata. Purtroppo a malincuore, in quanto l' esperienza con i collaboratori è sempre stata gradevole e positiva mentre quella con il titolare esattamente l' opposto. Sono certo che questo mio ulteriore commento non servirà a stimolare una riflessione nè un miglioramento dell' interfaccia con il cliente ma sento il dovere di informare la comunità in modo tale che possa considerare anche questo mio parere e regolarsi in merito. I agree with the negative comments already made and whose contents I fully share. Quando il linguaggio del proprietario è diventato inaccettabile, ho chiamato le forze dell'ordine. Morale mi han consegnato lenti nuove da montare (per la terza volta) che ora sono al vaglio di altro optometrista per essere controllate e nel caso, poi montate. Sconsigliatissimo!! Bad experience. Badly treated for complaining about the delivery of glasses with which I do not see! When the owner's language became unacceptable, I called law enforcement. Morale they gave me new lenses to mount (for the third time) which are now being examined by another optometrist to be checked and if necessary, then mounted. Not recommended !!
