Smartphone caduto in acqua e microfono non più funzionante. Con velocità, intervento base e quindi modica spesa, il problema è stato risolto. Qualcun altro avrebbe potuto inventarsi problemi ben più gravi e manutenzione più complicata. Onestà e professionalità. Grazie Erik.
Fast, honest and professional.
Smartphone dropped into water and microphone no longer working. With speed, basic intervention and therefore moderate expense, the problem was solved. Someone else could have come up with far more serious problems and more complicated maintenance. Honesty and professionalism. Thanks Erik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non sono di Ferrara, ho chiesto e acquistato una cover per un XR IPHONE (non avevo il telefono dietro perché la cover voleva essere un regalo per mia figlia) mi hanno venduto una cover di misura sbagliata, quando ho telefonato, inviato una mail e dei w.a. per chiederne la sostituzione , mi è stato risposto che non potevano accollarsi le spese di spedizione....ho risposto che avremmo fatto a metà.....sto ancora aspettando. Una STELLA .... vi assicuro è TANTISSIMO.
I state that I'm not from Ferrara, I asked for and bought a cover for an XR IPHONE (I didn't have the phone behind because the cover wanted to be a gift for my daughter) they sold me a wrong size cover, when I called, sent an email and the wa to ask for a replacement, I was told that they could not bear the shipping costs .... I replied that we would do it in half ..... I'm still waiting. A STAR .... I assure you it is VERY LONG.

Bad experience brought a Samsung j5 months ago, accidentally dropped into the water, for the owner of this shop it was never recovered. Spent 35e trying to turn on the phone. With a minimum cost of 10e I recovered my mobile .....
