Ho girato tutta Ferrara per il mio problema all'iphone e tutti mi dicevano che no era riparabile.
Portato da loro mi hanno subito saputo dire che cosa era il problema e nel giro di 3 giorni il telefono era pronto.
grazie ancora il ragazzo che ce dentro è veramente competente.
sicuramente tornerò per i miei problemi futuri in ambito smartphone

Generally I never do reviews but this time I couldn't do without it.
I traveled all over Ferrara for my iphone problem and everyone told me it was not repairable.
Brought to them they immediately knew what the problem was and within 3 days the phone was ready.
thanks again the guy inside is really competent.
I will definitely come back for my future smartphone problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tutti gentili, ma poi... Mi hanno montato un display e ci hanno messo 1 settimana, il che sarebbe stato molto buono se nom avesse avuto molti pixel bruciati!
Al chè mi hanno detto che ne avrebbero ordinato un altro per sostituirmelo, data la falla, a inizio estate, ma continuano a non sapere quando arrivava, ad avere problemi nella spedizione, e ho aspettato 2 mesi prima che mi dicessero "ok ora è andato a buon fine
sta arrivando", a inizio autunno.
È quasi Natale e ancora non si sá dove stá questo display!
Non credo che gli darò in mano altri dispositivi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ consigliatissimo, in 3 gg mi hanno restituito lo smartphone cui avevo danneggiato lo spinottto della ricarica. senza chiedermi di fare il backup dei dati, senza neppure visionare in precedenza il telefono per stimare l'entità del danno, per telefono mi hanno assicurato che per una cifra davvero onesta me lo avrebbero riparato.
non conoscevo il negozio, ci sono arrivata dopo numerose telefonate ad altri riparatori che mi hanno nell'ordine consigliato di cambiare telefono, di portarlo per un preventivo, di lasciarlo settimane perché lo dovevano spedire in assistenza....insomma veloci, onesti, competenti, risolutivi, un punto di riferimento!
