Chiedete una camera sul giardino.A colazione solo caffè americano .Non capisco questa strana scelta....A giugno il rientro dovrebbe avvenire alle h.24. I stayed one night at the end of June. Historic villa with a well-kept park. Close to the train station. A warm welcome and the possibility of praying in the church next door and in the internal chapels. Some painful notes: I slept in a room near the road, so night disturbance caused by car and motorcycle traffic and trains. Ask for a garden room breakfast only american coffee. I don't understand this strange choice .... In June the return should take place at h.24.

Il personale è sempre a disposizione.. Posto tranquillo ottimo per ritemprare lo spirito..cucina semplice in stile familiare stanze non dotate di frigo né di asciugacapelli e né di tv ( c'è in sala) ma in un ambiente sereno con vista su un gran giardino non si sente nessuna mancanza di tv Strategic place .. 5 minutes walk from the station in 10 minutes you arrive at the two supermarkets and with 20 minutes you find yourself at the bays of silence and fairy tales .. The staff is always available .. Quiet place, great for restoring the spirit. . simple kitchen in a family style rooms without fridge or hairdryer or TV (there is in the living room) but in a serene environment overlooking a large garden there is no lack of TV

Posto adatto a persone e gruppi tranquilli e adattabili. Ottima accoglienza e trattamento. Location incantevole Operator of a group of disabled people, we have come to this structure for two years on holiday and every year we have only had to increase our satisfaction with the stay as well as our acknowledgment towards all the staff. Giardino botanico bellissimo e molto ben curato ed attrezzato di tavoli e sedie in tutti i luoghi ombreggiati. Le camere sono semplici ma confortevoli. Il cambio della biancheria del bagno avviene a giorni alterni mentre è necessario rifarsi il letto in autonomia. I pasti sono a menù fisso, ma cucinati con amore e materie prime a km. zero. Se si considera il rapporto qualità/prezzo, si comprende il perchè di questa scelta. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile soprattutto alle esigenze dei più fragili. Comodissima, infine, la posizione in quanto la struttura è vicina all'uscita autostradale e a due passi dalla stazione. Raccomandato per famiglie, piccoli gruppi e per chi desidera estraniarsi dal caos metropolitano. The place is certainly optimal for a holiday of rest and spirituality. If we consider the quality / price ratio, we understand the reason for this choice. The staff is very kind and very helpful especially to the needs of the most fragile. Finally, the location is very convenient as the structure is close to the motorway exit and a stone's throw from the station. Recommended for families, small groups and for those who want to get away from the metropolitan chaos.

Suggerirei di ammodernare un pochino offrendo qualche cosa in più. La colazione è proprio basica, caffè americano, per dire perché non era americano, ma qualcosa che non so definire, latte, marmellatine confezionate così come i piccoli panetti di burro, yogurt e fette biscottate sempre industriali. Stop. Non c'era altro, per me andava anche bene, ma penso a chi fa una colazione vera la mattina, veramente pochissima scelta. Non abbiamo mai pranzato o cenato quindi non so giudicare la cucina. Insomma per 40 euro a persona, colazione inclusa ad agosto a Sestri Levante va più che bene, però si può decisamente migliorare. Anche l'orario di rientro, le 24, in estate è davvero limitante, persino per noi adulti che non facciamo nottata. In compenso il parco all'interno è veramente bello è rilassante. Do 4 stelle perché non voglio essere troppo critica, e voglio premiare la buona volontà delle suore che gestiscono il posto, ma va decisamente rivisto un pò tutto. A favore: è situato in un punto strategico, a due minuti dalla stazione, 10 minuti dal mare, e una ventina dal centro, si può fare tutto a piedi. C'è il posto auto all'interno, grande cosa a Sestri, che costa 1,00 euro al giorno. We spent a week of vacation in Sestri staying here. Then the rooms are really sparse and simple, but clean. Plus: it is located in a strategic point, two minutes from the station, 10 minutes from the sea, and about twenty minutes from the center, you can do everything on foot. There is a parking space inside, a great thing in Sestri, which costs 1.00 euros per day.
