Giovanni, e lo abbiamo trovato molto grande, nuovo tenuto bene, pulito e tutto accessoriato, un impianto di riscaldamento molto efficiente. Tutto perfetto, ed un prezzo ragionevole, lo consiglio a tutti. We stayed 8 days from December 26th to January 3rd 2018 in an apartment by Mr. Giovanni, and we found it very large, new well kept, clean and fully equipped, a very efficient heating system. Everything perfect, and a reasonable price, I recommend it to everyone.
R	Riccardo Meggiorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRO: - posizione rispetto alle zone da visitare (Lago di Cadore, San Vito, Cortina, Pieve, Cibiana) - prezzo - cortesia del personale CONTRO: - il bagno: l'unica cosa a separare il telefono della doccia da water e lavandino è una tendina, che tuttavia non impedisce il formarsi di pozze d'acqua su tutto il pavimento del bagno, nonostante lo scolo centrale. Sostanzialmente, dopo ogni doccia, ci si ritrovava ad avere i piedi costantemente nell'acqua, poiché non scorreva via tutta. - il (non) far rispettare le norme anti-covid ad eventuali avventori: più di una volta, entravano persone senza mascherina o con la mascherina sotto al mento, senza che gli si dicesse nulla, mentre noi la tenevamo su costantemente, tranne ovviamente in camera e seduti al tavolo - letto: erano due singoli messi accanto con lenzuola da matrimoniale, con quindi presenza di una conca nel mezzo; scomodo per una coppia - posizione su una strada molto trafficata e vicino ad una chiesa con campanile che alle 7 spaccate suonava una gran fanfara (ma questo ovviamente non è imputabile a loro) Nel complesso, se il bagno avesse avuto una doccia normale, sarebbe stato tutto molto più bello; era davvero scomodo lavarsi e poi rimanere coi piedi zuppi, a meno di usare uno degli asciugamani come tappetino sull'acqua ferma. PRO: - position in relation to the areas to visit (Lago di Cadore, San Vito, Cortina, Pieve, Cibiana) - price - courtesy of the staff AGAINST: - the bathroom: the only thing separating the shower telephone from the toilet and sink is a curtain, which however does not prevent the formation of puddles of water on the entire bathroom floor, despite the central drain. Basically, after each shower, you found yourself constantly having your feet in the water, as it didn't run off all the way. - the (not) enforcing the anti-covid rules to any customers: more than once, people without a mask or with a mask under the chin entered, without being told anything, while we kept it up constantly, except obviously in room and sitting at the table - bed: they were two singles placed side by side with double bed sheets, with therefore the presence of a basin in the middle; uncomfortable for a couple - location on a very busy street and near a church with a bell tower that at 7 am cracked a great fanfare (but obviously this is not attributable to them) Overall, if the bathroom had had a normal shower, it would have been much nicer; it was really uncomfortable to wash and then get your feet wet, unless you used one of the towels as a mat on still water.
