E qui, secondo me, conta molto avere dall'altra parte un interlocutore serio e soprattutto non incalzante e incombente, che aiuti a scegliere per il meglio, comprendendo il momento vissuto dai propri "clienti". Il titolare dell'agenzia Blanco, il sig. Claudio, con la sua discrezione e la necessaria presenza in ogni attimo richiesto, ha le giuste qualità per rendere questa esperienza il più possibile agevole e rispettosa del dolore e del lutto accaduto.
