Mi han seguito con cura ed attenzione dall'inizio alla fine, curato ogni minimo dettaglio mostrandosi sempre attenti e precisi, il tutto in un periodo folle considerando il blocco delle tumulazioni...Un grazie particolare a Marco che, nonostante le innumerevoli difficoltà, è sempre stato attento a risolvere ogni problema. Devo ringraziarli perché ci sono stati vicini con l’affetto del momento ma soprattutto si sono occupati di tutto anche se per il cimitero Flaminio c’erano grossi problemi per il servizio di cremazione e poi di sepoltura . Grazie ancora per la grande collaborazione e soprattutto per la delicatezza usata . Grazie di cuore . Avevo conosciuto AmoRoma nel novembre del 2019 quando avevo perso mia madre e ne avevo apprezzato la grande disponibilità e gentilezza in quanto , pur non conoscendomi e senza aver avuto alcun mandato, mi aveva fornito dei documenti che servivano al dottore di casa per certificare l'avvenuto decesso. Anche in quella occasione ci sono stati vicino con discrezione, educazione e gentilezza . In a sad event that affected my family, I turned to the AmoRoma agency for the funeral of my wife's mother. Così ho optato per la “cremazione singola canina” perché lui meritava di tornare a casa sua… Marco ed Agostino sono i proprietari dell Agenzia Funebre, sotto casa di mia sorella, ci hanno accolto con una dolcezza e delicatezza infinita, spiegando in modo impeccabile tutti i passaggi futuri, hanno curato il trasporto del mio Orlandino dopo Il veterinario con un rispetto…. il ragazzo aveva gli occhi lucidi.. e questo mi è bastato. Loro ti chiamano per qualsiasi cosa, sono sempre lì pronti ad ascoltarti… anche dopo! Se amate il vostro figlio peloso, non lasciatelo, lui merita di tornare a casa con voi!! I never imagined meeting such special people on the saddest day of my life ... I lost my Orlando 15 days ago ... he was 15 and he was a wonderful dog, a son to me!
