The structure itself is nice with a slightly above average quality of open gyms nearby. The thing that bothers is the minimum customer care, with time slots many times discovered without having the instructor or at most covered by boys at the first experiences. Subscriptions are made with bogus promises with hypothetical "extra month for free" never guaranteed, or in any case they do not guarantee subscribers for many years to have any facilities. Even the "stay open in August", a very funny joke, punctually not respected. Not to mention this covid emergency period that brought out the absolute non-transparency and carelessness towards the customer from the owners, not letting out any official press release in any matter concerning management position statements itself for affiliate subscriptions and coming to find out just by hearsay. The situation is absolutely ridiculous and evidently only they do not notice that they are making scorched earth with gold under their feet.

I do not recommend anyone to go there, structure too small and quality of staff that has gone down over time. 1/5. I am forced to edit my review given the response of the staff, quite irritated I must say. In fact I wanted to keep out of the review the fact that for those two accesses I was asked 80 euros, as I asked if it was possible to have a pass or daily or short-term to try the gym during my stay in Rome. 80 euros for two accesses. I repeat.

Very bad, very very bad. Low quality machines that I suppose with some security have never seen maintenance. Very few rockers, of the worst quality that can be found on the market, among other things crooked because they are hammered by the owner of the structure in a moment of anger. Good calibrated Rogue weights, shame totally useless on low-cost and - among other things - crooked barbells. If you like to queue before you can train waiting for the availability of a barbell, gym absolutely recommended. I often had to go home after queuing more than half an hour for a barbell. Three barbells are downright inconvenient in a commercial gym. Staff training in the field of weighting is more than scarce, I would not recommend giving money for almost useless cards. If you want to train in your spare time, without any need or desire to improve, that's fine, otherwise rely on something else. Among other things, the dining room staff, as well as in my opinion very little competent, is also more than often absent from the room (perhaps even better this way, given the subjects). I do not go into the merits of customer management, as for the structure you are just money walking. The attention to the needs of the payers, once they pay the sums, is nothing.

The perfect gym. I've been enjoying it since it opened in Via del Monferrato. EDIT: I read some absurd reviews posted in the last few hours, as if a targeted attack from fake accounts was in progress. (eg: the review by a certain Stefano Dell'Aguzzo). There is no need to pay attention to these people who discredit the gym and the staff. Juna, Riccardo and Dario are very kind, competent and helpful. The facility is very clean and spacious and the tools are top notch. Barbells? There are at least 4-5 on the special holder at the back of the room on the left, plus those for each single flat and inclined bench press, plus all those for each single Rogue station. ROGUE. Stefano Dell'Aguzzo you made a hole in the water. Riccardo Scorta writes "small structure". Small facility? It is exactly the opposite. Anyone can see the photos of the gym or go there in person to realize this is just another lie. Sergio De Alberti who treats you badly? Juna is very sweet. Trainer? If Riccardo is not there, Dario is there. If Dario isn't there, Riccardo is there. Sometimes there are both. Almost total absence of communication? In what sense? If you call they will answer you, if you come to the gym they give you all the necessary information. For the 3 months they give you the choice: either you donate the sum or they give you the voucher to use when your subscription expires. It doesn't seem like anything mean to me. We're all in this together. I accepted the voucher because lately I have had too many expenses and I am a student, otherwise I would have gladly helped.

Offers excellent monthly-annual courses, welcoming and very clean place, convenient and spacious parking, very quiet area.

I chose the gym simply by looking at the photos, and it actually turned out to be even better than expected. Very nice gym, with a view that is not found anywhere in rome gyms. Convenient parking right in front of the entrance. Cleanliness, competence, maximum professionalism. We just wanted to do a paid trial for one day (my partner and I) and Riccardo was very kind letting us in for more days for free to "try" the gym. We immediately decided to sign up, and we are 100% satisfied with the choice. Don't listen to fake and negative reviews. This is absolutely not the truth. Nice and kind staff, there is not a day that you do not go away with a smile. And the machines are kept to perfection, day after day, even during exercise if there is something to fix, it is fixed immediately. Gym highly recommended!

Gym with TOP equipment and super friendly and professional staff. Riccardo, with whom I take care of the athletic training for tennis ? is super prepared and able to do excellent training cycles with a great variation of exercises. He also has a great deal of knowledge regarding joint mobility exercises. Together with him I have greatly improved both the squat, the deadlift and the bench press I recommend the gym to everyone and if you have the opportunity, let Riccardo follow you directly with some private sessions because he can really transform your weaknesses into strengths! One of the best gyms I've ever been to. Very bright weight room with large windows overlooking the greenery. Great variety of equipment and machinery of all kinds, of excellent quality and well maintained. Huge changing rooms with the possibility of leaving your belongings in special lockers. I have been in different time slots and despite hours with greater turnout I have never had to wait or queue to use a machine. Wonderful staff, always present, available and willing to recommend exercises suitable for your person or according to needs. I was able to interface with Riccardo Dario and Francesca and each of them was able to advise me on suitable exercises or correct postures or techniques of execution. Always smiling and helpful and above all great professionals. I join the chorus of those who, before me, consider negative reviews totally bogus ... In many months of attending the gym I have never encountered any of the negative things listed in the previous reviews. In the biggest huge parking lot right in front of the entrance ... better than that!
