★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai diversi anni che frequento questa palestra e devo dire che ho sempre trovato professionalità e competenza. Le lezioni sono intense ma sei sempre seguito da insegnanti attenti e professionali.....e poi sono simpatici e divertenti con le lezioni a tema come a Natale...insomma si fatica e ci divertiamo così ci pesa meno.
Le lezioni sono in diversi orari così da poterci organizzare gli spogliatoi, la sala sono sempre in ordine e puliti...insomma una delle migliori palestre da me frequentate.
 I have been attending this gym for several years now and I must say that I have always found professionalism and competence. The lessons are intense but you are always followed by attentive and professional teachers ..... and then they are nice and fun with themed lessons like at Christmas ... in short, it is hard and we have fun so we weigh less.
The lessons are at different times so that we can organize the changing rooms, the room is always tidy and clean ... in short, one of the best gyms I frequent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire ...ci sono entrata per caso tre anni fa'..perché mio marito doveva fare un po' di moto e dimagrire e con la scusa di fargli compagnia mi sono iscritta anche io...mio marito ha lasciato dopo 2 mesi per sua indolenza io ...sono tre anni che ci vado tutti i giorni sabato compreso ....sono pazza noooo ..semplicemente mi piace ...il personale è preparato e simpatico le ragazze che fanno lezione con me sono stupende..premetto che la loro età va dai 16 ai 60 anni siamo una famiglia...e che dire della mia maestra lei non è solo preparata,professionale. Ma pure simpatica ...insomma la mia seconda casa..

I entered by chance three years ago '.. because my husband had to exercise a little and lose weight and with the excuse of keeping him company I also signed up ... my husband left after 2 months for his indolence I ... I have been going there every day for three years, including Saturdays .... I am crazy noooo .. I simply like it ... the staff is prepared and nice the girls who teach me are wonderful .. I state that their age ranges from 16 to 60 years we are a family ... and what about my teacher she is not only prepared, professional. But also nice ... in short, my second home ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preparazione e professionalità ad altissimi livelli. Lo staff ti segue a 360 gradi, dall'allenamento all'alimentazione. Spesso organizzano workshop molto interessanti tenuti da personale altamente qualificato . In particolare ho apprezzato quello legato all'alimentazione. Siete la mia palestra da oltre 25 anni e non vi libererete facilmente di me. Grazie
Preparation and professionalism at the highest levels. The staff follows you at 360 degrees, from training to nutrition. They often organize very interesting workshops held by highly qualified personnel. In particular, I appreciated the one related to food. You have been my gym for over 25 years and you won't get rid of me easily. Thanks
