★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comoda, pulita ed attrezzata attenzione alle fasce orarie perché col pienone non ci si muove capienza tollerabile con sala pesi a circa 30 persone ...col covid ci si può prenotare fino a 40 ma contando sala fitness più cardio a volte diventa complicato...
Comfortable, clean and well equipped, pay attention to the time slots because with a full house there is no tolerable capacity with a weight room for about 30 people ... with the covid you can book up to 40 but counting the fitness room plus cardio sometimes becomes complicated ...

Non rispondono mai neanche alle comunicazioni via pec. Non hanno mantenuto l accordo che ci avevano scritto via email, e quando l abbiamo fatto notare hanno avuto anche la presunzione di aver ragione.
Non è assolutamente una palestra che consiglio! Una volta che attivate l abbonamento siete praticamente abbandonati in tutto e per tutto!
Vi consiglio di far gestire l email che ricevete dai vostri clienti a personale competente, perché non ci fate una bella figura!!
Customer assistance totally absent.
They never even respond to communications via pec. They did not keep the agreement they had emailed us, and when we pointed this out they also assumed they were right.
It is definitely not a gym that I recommend! Once you activate the subscription you are practically abandoned in all respects!
I advise you to have competent staff handle the email you receive from your customers, because you don't make a good impression on us !!
