Infissi in alluminio installati circa 8 anni fa (aluk) presentano diversi problemi di regolazione ed accessori vari. Chiesta assistenza per le diverse problematiche e sostituzione degli accessori rotti, dopo diverse chiamate ed impegni ad intervenire in maniera tempestiva, queste promesse sono state puntualmente disattese dopo più un mese. Ho effettuato solleciti telefonici e via email senza nessun esito. Consiglio di valutare attentamente questo fornitore soprattutto per il servizio post-vendita. Ripeto la mia è stata una PESSIMA PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!
Bad experience with this company especially for the assistance and repair service of THEIR PRODUCTS. Aluminum frames installed about 8 years ago (aluk) present various adjustment problems and various accessories. Asked for assistance for various problems and replacement of broken accessories, after several calls and commitments to intervene in a timely manner, these promises were promptly rejected after more than a month. I made telephone and email reminders without any result. I recommend to carefully evaluate this supplier especially for the after-sales service. I repeat mine was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
