★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away!! Purchasing a Omag machine was the biggest mistake I made in almost 25 years of being in stone business. The customer service is almost non existent. Once you purchase you are left to deal with any issues by yourself. I have to wait for days until anyone from Omag is king enough to reply and to log on to the machine and fix issues that I have been having since I purchased over 2 years ago.
