★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we are from India and valuable supplier for casting, valves and pump parts. unfortunately we find this company from website and tried since last more than 4 months by email and calls from India. but somehow reception person never listen more than 1 minute and cut the call so we tried to write the review on google and on the spot the marketing and public relation manager answer that to remove the review.
we want to contact and work with them so i remove the review and his person sent mails that due to my review they do not want any work with us as just i said about bad behaviour.
i want to draw attention to your director ......
our wish is not to show you bad just want to say that if any reliable supplier wants to talk and contact with you so is it not good to select the way to show. when we spending time on call we think that person will give single answer properly.
and Michela you can help us for that but you sent mails with very bad attitude.
we do business in italy, UK and spain but they are not like your company
