★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible. Getting parts is a nightmare. Program is in half English and half Italian. Michine didn't run properly when first got it and it took them bringing a second computer to add to make it run wright. That took several months for it to be up and running. if a company relied on it they would go out of business. Like the company that owned the unit before us. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY
