★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto ben fornito, venditori eccellenti, nel nostro caso una ragazza (Laura) molto preparata, gentile e professionale, prezzi e qualità molto competitivi prima di ordinare il nostro materiale abbiamo girato parecchio e questo posto è stato quello più conveniente... aggiornerò la mia recensione per quanto riguarda la posvendita e gli arrivi di tutti i materiali per ora 5 anzi 6 stelle...
Well stocked place, excellent sellers, in our case a very prepared, kind and professional girl (Laura), very competitive prices and quality before ordering our material we went around a lot and this place was the most convenient one ... I will update my review regarding the post-sale and the arrivals of all materials for now 5 or rather 6 stars ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito siamo stati presso lo show room previo appuntamento telefonico per un preventivo di un impianto di riscaldamento. Ci siamo presentati con la documentazione richiestaci al telefono dal venditore. Al nostro arrivo il venditore in questione non si ricordava neppure di cosa avevamo parlato, ma andiamo avanti....durante tutta la permanenza ha avuto un atteggiamento di fastidio e disprezzo nei nostri riguardi, ci ha trattati come fossimo dei pezzenti .Dopo aver per un po assecondato il volere del suddetto venditore abbiamo perso le staffe e scusandoci come è nel nostro stile siamo andati via per lasciare posto ai clienti che probabilmente hanno dei titoli e sicuramente hanno i bei soldoni da spendere... NOI COMUNQUE VOLEVAMO COMPRARE!!! ci dispiace per voi ma i nostri soldi li spendiamo dove ci sono dei venditori che si prendono realmente cura del cliente. Non facciamo di tutta l'erba un fascio e non siamo neanche così vigliacchi da scrivere il nome dello pseudo- venditore, ma sono certa che sappiate chi sia.

My husband and I went to the show room by making a telephone appointment for a quote for a heating system. We presented ourselves with the documentation requested by the seller over the phone. Upon our arrival, the seller in question did not even remember what we had talked about, but let's go on .... during the whole stay he had an attitude of annoyance and contempt towards us, he treated us as if we were beggars. a little indulged in the will of the aforementioned seller we lost our temper and apologizing as it is in our style we left to leave room for customers who probably have titles and certainly have a lot of money to spend ... WE STILL WANTED TO BUY !!! we feel sorry for you but we spend our money where there are salespeople who really care about the customer. We don't make a mess of everything and we're not even cowardly enough to write the name of the pseudo-salesman, but I'm sure you know who he is.
