Ho acquistato una serie di mattoni in due colori, purtroppo solo al momento del montaggio il piastrellista mi ha fatto notare che tra i due colori c'era una differenza di ben 2mm e così sono stato costretto a mettere i mattoni sfalsati invece che a squadra come avrei voluto per non vedere la differenza di lunghezza. Inoltre i mattoni 10x40 sono ottenuti in realtà da un mattone 20x40 successivamente segato in due con il risultato che un lato risulta smussato e l'altro tagliato di netto e quindi la fuga, se non opportunamente riveduta e corretta risulta diversa ai due lati del mattone. Bene dopo aver fatto presente tutto ciò ai signori di gold ceramica, hanno mostrato una completa impreparazione, sambravano caduti dal cielo, e dire che loro di questo si occupano. Inoltre queste modifiche mi hanno costretto a cambiare la disposizione dei mattoni e sono dovuto tornare da loro per chiedergli 6 mattoni in più per completare i lavori, bene hanno avuto il coraggio di farmeli pagare invece che donarmeli a mò di scuse per il disagio da loro arrecato.
